Hoster is the day-of-stay operations workspace for Greek owners and managers. It reads Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and Expedia calendar feeds, creates cleaning work around check-out and check-in times, and gives housekeepers a private phone-first task view. Each clean can include an owner-controlled checklist, room photos, completion time, cost record, and dispute-ready evidence. Hoster also supports apartment-specific guest check-in pages, monthly exports, VAT-aware income views, and a read-only myDATA connection for records. It is not a channel manager, guest messaging platform, direct-booking engine, automatic-pricing tool, or tax-filing service.
