Who is responsible

Hoster is run by an independent short-let host in Athens. It is not a registered company, and this pilot is not a commercial service. The contact point for anything in this notice, including the requests described under Your rights, is support@hoster-app.gr.

Trial requests

When you submit the trial form, your name and email are sent only to the secure Hoster registration page. This marketing website does not put those details in its URL or store them in browser storage. We use the information to respond to your request and arrange pilot access.

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us; withdrawal does not affect anything done before you withdrew.

How long we keep it

Trial-request details are kept until the pilot request is resolved and for up to twelve months afterwards, so we can answer follow-up questions. After that they are deleted. If you open an account, the account record replaces the trial request and follows the app's own retention rules.

Operational data

If you later open a Hoster account, the app explains its separate data practices before you connect calendars, email, storage or myDATA. Credentials are encrypted and are not shown again. You can request access, export or deletion through the account owner.

This website

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Its typefaces are served by Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads and Google receives your IP address; this website itself sets no cookies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or hand it to you in a portable format. Write to support@hoster-app.gr and we will answer within one month.

Complaints

If you believe we have handled your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα), Kifissias 1-3, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr.
